HP Board of Ed Appeals Hatikvah Charter School Expansion

On May 1, 2015, the Highland Park Board of Education filed a formal legal challenge to the N.J. Commissioner of Education’s approval of the expansion of Hatikvah Charter School in East Brunswick. The board is specifically challenging the tuition requirement mandating the Highland Park School District to pay tuition for the Highland Park students enrolled in the charter school.
