Tanya Choy of Martinsville was arraigned in state Superior Court in Middlesex County. Ms. Choy formerly worked for Above and Beyond Child Care Center on South Third Avenue in Highland Park. No cause of death was ever found for the infant, a phenomenon known in the medical field as Sudden Infant Death Syndrome that in New Jersey affects one baby in every 2,800 live births. READ MORE
