The Highland Park Redevelopment Agency began the year at its first meeting of 2015 by not only reorganizing but also by renewing its commitment to lead the community towards responsible redevelopment. The agency chair Rosie Baruh announced the agency’s desire to revise the Redevelopment Plan – specific recommendations to come at the next meeting.
