As one of the featured artists at the Sept. 20 Arts in the Park festival (11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), Jonathan Horowitz has played an enormous role in keeping alive and expanding Highland Park’s reputation as a community that loves the arts and supports public art and arts events.
