  • Downtown Trick or Treating:

Head downtown after school, from 2:30 – 5:00, for some downtown trick-or-treating before heading out to do more trick-or-treating house-to-house throughout Highland Park’s neighborhoods! Click here to learn more!

 

  • Free Trick-or-Treat Totes:

Get your free trick-or-treat tote bag from Oct 27-31 at any of the tote bag sponsor stores:

 

 

  • Dog Costume Parade:

Dress up your pup and parade around town with the kiddos in the afternoon. Start at Robert’s Florals at 5:30. Judging & prizes at 6pm in the Stop & Shop parking lot, next to Over the Moon Toys & Through the Moongate. Click here to learn more!

Borough Council Considering Plastic Bag Ban

Official notice from the Borough of Highland Park:

Please be advised that the Borough Council of the Borough of Highland Park will hold a Public Forum on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 7:30 PM at the Highland Park Community Center, 220 South 6th Avenue, Highland Park for discussion of a draft ordinance to ban plastic bags.
