HP Educational Foundation Appoints Mickulas and Hersh to Board

The Trustees of the Highland Park Educational Foundation (HPEF) voted unanimously Oct. 21 to include residents Peter Mickulas and Matthew Hersh to its Board. HPEF is a non-profit organization composed of parents, community, and business leaders to support and sustain the educational excellence of Highland Park’s public schools. “We are excited to build upon an already vibrant, engaged, and active board,” said Joshua Haimson, Chair of the HPEF Board. “Both Peter and Matthew are public school parents with extensive volunteer credentials in Highland Park. Their professional experience will also assist the Foundation in elevating its profile to increase our impact. I and the rest of the Trustees look forward to working with them to further advance the work of this important institution.
